About

Natalie Currie

Welcome!

When I founded my company, I had one big question in mind “How can we create leadership and team development programs with sustainable impact?”  Most programs focus on the training content (the “what”), which is necessary but insufficient for lasting, transformative change.

And because we all know that experience is the best teacher, I decided to do something different: To focus on the leadership development experience (the “how”), as well as the right content (the “what”) to create lasting change, which generates a more robust leadership pipeline, not to mention leadership skills and mindsets that spread to teams and entire organizations.

Vision

Creating a better world through one-of-a-kind leadership and team development experiences.

Mission

We create memorable, awe-inspiring, experiential leadership and team development programs for employee-focused companies, social enterprises, not-for-profits and NGOs.

How We Live Our Values

Research-Based

Social science informs all aspects of our work, ranging from questions we ask clients during the needs assessment process, to how we support our participants after the program has concluded.

Integrity

We do the right thing because it’s the right thing to do. We are humble, ethical and accountable. We say what we mean.

Compassion

We respect the stories that our clients bring with them. We believe our clients are fully resourceful and capable of making meaningful change that is important to them.

Stewardship

Work is a vital force for good in the world. We walk lightly on our planet and are rigorous in our environmental practices. We actively work to decolonize our thinking and our behaviour, while advocating for equity and justice for all people. We know that we are better together, so we partner with those who share our inclusive worldview.

Innovation

We are insatiably curious. We continually redraw our Venn diagrams, uniquely combining methodologies to create something unique, memorable and impactful.
