Jacquelyn (Jacque) Bruno
Jacque has over twenty years of organization development experience in global Fortune 500 companies developing teams, managing complex organizational change, and serving as a trusted advisor and coach to executive leaders and their teams. She had the luxury of spending ten years with the internal Johnson & Johnson Inc. Organization Development team allowing her to work across geographies, healthcare disciplines, and organizational levels.
She spent significant time starting up a new plant in Monterrey, Mexico facilitating an executive-level team as they merged two pharmaceutical research organizations in Europe and implementing a new way of working for a three-shift Distribution Centre in Texas. Her recent experience in Canada includes team and leadership development from front-line to executive levels at Rogers Communications Inc. during intentional culture change and significant senior-level leadership changes.
Jacque has spent enough time in putty-coloured meeting rooms to understand that we can’t expect extraordinary results from ordinary conventions. Whether it is through individual coaching, small team experiences or extended leadership team gatherings, Jacque leans into immersive, experiential and unexpected practices to more readily get to the meaningful conversations that will elevate performance.
Jacque is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. Her certifications include Prosci Change Management, Core Strengths (SDI), Hogan, and the Birkman Method. She holds her Masters of Organization Development from Pepperdine University.
Recognizing that solutions for leaders and teams lie in the client’s particular story, Jacque brings a strong partnership to create an experience that is tailored to the client.
