Program Overview
In this dynamic, small cohort experience, leaders develop the essential skills to create significant organizational impact and thriving careers. The ten-week program includes live, virtual, 90-minute, experiential workshops, an innovative self-study component and hands-on fieldwork assignments to help leaders quickly and easily assimilate the learning into their work. Leaders explore their work through the lenses of managing virtual, hybrid and co-localized teams.
Our high faculty-to-participant ratio (1:12) ensures that every participant realizes their learning goals. Additionally, our convenient, just-in-time, self-study learning component can be accessed 24/7, providing maximum learner flexibility.

- Support between live workshops with a variety of microlearning content and other engaging resources to deepen leadership acumen
- Weekly discussion guides for the participants’ managers. These guides make it easy for managers to reinforce the learning content and amplify the program’s impact in just a few short one-on-one conversations
- Monthly or quarterly consulting meetings with key program sponsors to share learning themes and other learning opportunities
- Access to our proprietary, eight-week, digital Forward Momentum Program following the formal program to enhance learning transfer and embed leadership behaviours
- A follow-up consulting meeting with key program sponsors, following the program to enhance learning transfer to maximize your investment
Optional enhancements: A drop-in ZOOM session for managers of participants to discuss the goals, format and key program learning models and or a strengths-based or leadership assessment for participants.
