Horses, who have no natural defenses, are very aware of their environment, acting like mirrors, providing team members with valuable, unbiased and explicit feedback about their behaviour. As herd animals, horses have their unique culture, which leaders can experience firsthand, making this experience among the best learning tools for honing your teaming skills.

Join us as we journey outside the classroom for this one-of-a-kind team development opportunity.
You won’t be horseback riding in this one-of-a-kind opportunity as all the activities occur with your feet firmly planted on the ground. The entire experience happens with you and the horse in a round pen or arena and with our Equus coaches’ expert support and guidance. No prior experience with horses is required. The horses hand-picked for this program are gentle and calm and accustomed to working this way with people.
Our programs range from ½ day to a two-day, fully customized experience to meet your specific needs and include individual and team development and coaching at an experienced equine facility. The facilitation team includes Equus experts and highly experienced team development facilitators and coaches.
The Four-Hour Equus Team Experience includes more than three hours of team development and coaching at an experienced equine facility with our Equus and team development facilitators and coaches.
The One-Day Equus Team Experience includes a full day of individual and team development and coaching at an experienced equine facility with our Equus and team development facilitators and coaches. Refreshments, snacks and a delicious lunch and our Forward Momentum Program (a custom-designed, digital, post-workshop program) are included in this experience.
The Two-Day Equus Team Experience includes everything from the one-day experience plus a day without horses, consisting of individual, small, and whole group experiential programming, coaching and a robust action planning session to harness your learning and investment fully. Full catering and our enhanced Forward Momentum Program (a custom-designed, digital, post-workshop program) are included in this experience.
